Booking, check-in & check-out
- The reservation is only valid after receiving a written confirmation from the hotel and payment of the required deposit.
- Check-in from 3 PM on the day of arrival.
- Early check-in: Includes breakfast and access to the spa area for an additional charge of €35 per adult (children up to 7 years free, up to 14 years 50% discount). Rooms available before 3 PM subject to availability.
- Late check-in: Please inform at the time of booking if arriving after 8 PM.
- Check-out by 11 AM on the day of departure.
- Late check-out: Includes access to the spa area, lunch, and afternoon tea time for an additional charge of €35 per adult (children up to 7 years free, up to 14 years 50% discount).
Subject to availability, late check-out with room for an additional €75 per room.
Cancellations
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
- Cancellation until 21 days before arrival - free of charge
- Cancellation from 20 to 10 days before arrival - The deposit will be retained
- Cancellation 9 to 3 days before arrival - 60% of the total amount minus the deposit
- Cancellation from 2 days before arrival, no show, late arrival - 80% of the total amount minus the deposit
- Early departure - 80% of the nights not stayed and booked.
- Reservation amendments: Reservations may be changed free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival.
The new arrival date must be within the following 60 days. The price will be adjusted to the new time period. Changes made less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to normal cancellation conditions. A second rebooking is not possible and the normal cancellation conditions apply, with 30% of the deposit being charged as a minimum, even if there are more than 20 days to go before arrival.

In order to be covered against possible cancellation costs, we recommend taking out travel insurance. For example, the Europäische Reiseversicherung, which you can take out directly via this link.
Payment
Hotel bills can be paid on request on the eve of departure: cash desk is open until 21.30

Opening hours
- Spa area: Relaxation room, Kneipp pool and infrared loungers from 10am to 7.30pm;
bio sauna and Turkish bath from 12pm to 7.30pm; Finnish sauna from 3pm to 7.30pm. - Beauty area: daily from 9.00 am to 7 pm.
- Gym: daily from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm.
- Happy Club: 60 hours per week; during school holidays from 9:00 to 21:00.
- Youth club: Every day from 10:00 to 22:00 ( Care during school holidays).
- Indoor pool: Daily day from 7:00am to 7:30pm.
- Outdoor pool: Daily from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm (In winter from 7:00 am to 10:00 am and from 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm).
